The brick walls are covered in crevice swifts, which are endlessly entertaining and lovely!

And a mystery lizard, even lovelier!
Most of my photos are through the window of the van cause these lizards are shy. But the cats have caught up with them, sadly.

Nature is so amazing, and you are so in touch with it. It makes me realize to what extent the fact that people now live and work indoors in most parts of the world makes them very ignorant about the nature of Nature.

I don’t think I’ve ever lived this “in touch” before! I really hope we can hold on to some of this awareness, in-tune-ness, when we go back to the US.
